Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, securely attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
